An Albuquerque man with ties to a home invasion that left another man dead has been arrested. In February, Police say 25-year-old Isaiah Marquez, his half-brother Juan Perdomo and another man broke into a house near Gibson and I-25.

Authorities say a couple has been indicted in the death of an 86-year-old Albuquerque woman last May. The Albuquerque Journal reports that a New Mexico grand jury has charged 55-year-old Craig Smith and 40-year-old Evonne Jaramillo with murder, conspiracy and kidnapping and aggravated burglary in the case.
