Two Texas residents, including a Fort Worth man, were killed Monday in a crash in rural New Mexico. Patricio Montano Ponce, 33, of Buffalo in East Texas, and 41-year-old Rafael Arturo Licon of Fort Worth were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash after New Mexico state police arrived around 6 p.m. at State Road 128 near mile marker 20.
